They are not very efficient in their order processing, such that if they don't receive the required FFL, they do nothing. They won't contact the customer to inform them. If you do a status check on your order it just says processing. A handful of emails did go back and forth the day of the order in regards to FFL information, with my final reply being 'If it's not received by close of business, let me know'. But they didn't let me know, they sat with an open order.
Upon calling them I'm told that it's "incumbent" on me.....? They get my money, but for some reason it's my responsibility to check on them?
No, it's RAINIER's responsibility to inform the customer if there is an issue with the order and what specifically the issue is so that the customer can resolve it. Not sit around with money and products in limbo.
